After nearly 10 years in the plumbing industry, I see way too many companies implementing a car salesman like mentality to how they treat their customers. They squeeze every penny they can out of their jobs and try adding unnecessary items and fees to pad that sale.

With Whittington Plumbing, we don’t care so much about the dollar per job as much as we do jobs per customer. We want to be each customer go to plumbing company for any and all needs they may have. Additionally, I want my customers to call me even just to rule plumbing out for what their issue is. We have customers with stopped up disposals and dish washers where the fix may be as simple as unjamming the disposal or clearing an obstruction out of the drain hose.

We want our customers to feel they can call us for a job and know they are in great hands and won’t be taken advantage of like so many other companies do. Doing what’s right and honest means the most to me, and I refuse to do it any other way.
